A hot water leak from the condo above caused mold to grow behind the drywall in this Boca Raton condo. By the time it surfaced on the walls, the moisture had already spread behind them.
We set up full containment and ran HEPA air scrubbers to keep spores from drifting into the rest of the unit, then safely removed the affected drywall and materials, treated the area, and restored it. We checked moisture levels throughout to make sure nothing was left growing behind the walls.
